Mediating Diversion Cases

He is the Director of Lubbock County's Office of Dispute Resolution and teaches the Basic Mediation Training at Texas Tech University School of Law's Advanced Alternative Dispute Resolution Clinic. Gene is a frequent speaker and lecturer on various mediation issues. He will discuss mediating cases involving minors, juveniles, and families, including the following issues.
