Building a Successful Mediation Practice
Join AMA for our Bi-monthly member meeting as we welcome
Mark W. Sims, Credentialed Distinguished Mediator.
Mark W. Sims, a twenty-year mediator and Past-President of the Texas Association of Mediators, presents Building a Successful Mediation Practice. Mr. Sims will offer meaningful discussion and practical advice on running and growing a mediation practice for mediators who are just getting started and for established mediators who are looking to expand their mediation practices. Mr. Sims will utilize his experiences over the early years and during the evolution of his mediation practice to provide tools and techniques for mediators to utilize, in preparation for and during the mediation. Being organized and prepared and relentlessly working to encourage settlement are essential ingredients for mediators to 'WOW' their clients and achieve successful results. Consistently maintaining a professional approach and demonstrating enthusiasm and persistence will inevitably lead to positive mediation outcomes and a successful mediation practice.
